When I attempt to install the Tax Calculator, it starts installing a different software package.

This can be caused by having the setup file for a different software package in the same directory as the setup file for the Tax Calculator.  Make sure you clean up old setup files before installing the Tax Calculator, or move the Tax Calculator setup file to a different directory.

When I click on Help, I get an error saying that inetwh32.dll does not exist.

This problem occurs in Windows Millennium Edition.  Unlike other versions of Windows, Windows ME does not contain the inetwh32.dll file.  You need to obtain a copy of the file and save it to the directory containing the Tax Calculator program.  The default location for the Tax Calculator program is:

C:\Program Files\Horizon\TaxCalc2003\

You can download the inetwh32.dll file by clicking here.

When I try to install Tax Calculator for AT&T from my CD-ROM, I get a message stating "Setup cannot continue because some files are out of date..." What do I do?

Click "OK".

You will then be asked if you want to restart Windows.  Remove the CD-ROM, and then click "Yes".

Once Windows has restarted, insert the CD-ROM and click "Install Tax Calculator for AT&T".

The installation will proceed as normal.
